Meet Dayln Faith

My name is Dayln Faith Trulin. I am the owner and lead hairstylist of Dayln Faith Hair & Beauty. I am the wife of an amazing husband, who is also my partner in business. We have 2 babies: a boy and a girl that are 16 months apart, so to say our house is chaotic would be an understatement!

When I'm not styling hair I'm teaching dance, singing, or staying home and taking care of my sweet babies.

There's always music in my head so you may be unintentionally serenaded while receiving hair services on your wedding day or during your bridal hair trial. My guilty pleasures are 27 Dresses, New Girl, 2000s hip-hop, chocolate, iced caramel macchiatos, and Mexican food so if you like any of these things then I think we'll get along just fine.

My interest in hairstyling began at a young age while dancing and performing at my local theatre. I would frequently find myself styling not just my hair, but other girl's hair during these events. After high school I attended ECU for my undergraduate degree, bringing me to Greenville, North Carolina. In the midst of a global pandemic, newly married and needing money, I jumped into styling hair for my friends who were getting married. Through these experiences, I found my love for hairstyling, specifically bridal hairstyling. I love helping brides feel their most beautiful selves on their big days. I've since been to cosmetology school and served alongside a bridal hairstyling team based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.

I love all things effortless, timeless, and romantic. Getting to know my brides and bringing their visions to life brings me so much joy. No matter the distance I travel for a wedding, all of my brides are covered in prayer for their wedding day. I don't just view this as a business and a way to support family, but I view my business as a ministry. It blesses me to get to do what I love, work in a creative space, and continue to grow my skills while meeting the most amazing people. The least I can give back is someone interceding for them, encouraging them, and giving them my absolute best. I can't wait to get to know you and am so honored to be a part of your special day!
